We are looking for a Founding Software Engineer to drive the development of our core tech features, focusing on LLM workflows and AI automation. What You'll Do:
• Design, develop, and implement AI-powered automation features to enhance visa processing efficiency.
• Build and optimize LLM-based workflows to improve customer interactions and operational processes.
• Collaborate closely with product and operations teams to identify high-impact automation opportunities.
• Deploy scalable solutions that enhance our platform’s intelligence, accuracy, and speed.
• Maintain a fast-paced development cycle, ensuring rapid iteration and deployment.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, automation, and workflow optimization.

Who You Are:
• 5+ years of experience in software development, ideally in startups, tech projects, or AI-driven applications.
• Strong experience with LLMs, NLP, and AI automation technologies.
• Hands-on proficiency with Python, Node.js, or similar languages used in AI development.
• Experience integrating AI models and APIs into scalable applications.
• Ability to work in a fast-moving, high-trust environment where speed and execution matter.
• Passionate about travel, mobility, and breaking down bureaucratic barriers with technology.
• A team player who thrives on ownership, problem-solving, and making a real-world impact.
